Evidence Management Workflow

This document explains the functional flow of Evidence Management.

For post submission flow for Retail and SME journeys, there are certain tasks which requires reviewing of the documents. These tasks are linked to the verification of the respective documents which the applicant uploads in the Origination App. The tasks linked to the verification of the documents can be marked as completed only after all the documents submitted under respective categories are verified and marked as approved.

The following list of tasks and their respective document categories which must be validated for task closure.

Review Customer(Prospect) Task	Proof of ID & Proof of Address (for Retail borrowers and co-borrowers) or Proof of Business and Proof of Address (for SME applicants and Related Parties)

Evidence documents status supports only Accepted and Rejected status. When the customer updates evidence other than Accepted or Rejected status, System displays an error message.

Evidence Document does not support Delete functionality.

Evidence Management functional work flow illustrates the creation of Fulfilment ID.

Experience API's

The following API's are shipped as part of this feature.

Experience API	Description
submitApplicationEvidence	This experience API submits the application evidence to Document MS.
addApplicationEvidence	This experience API adds evidence to the existing application evidence.
evidenceBankValidation	This experience API is used to validate evidence in Document MS.
updateEvidenceOwner	This experience API is used to update the evidence owner in Document MS.
